Online Resources Are on the Move!

As you may have heard, online resources currently found on the Superkids Portal are moving to a new platform! Beginning July 2022, digital administrators, teachers, students, and parents/caregivers will log in to MyZBPortal.com to access online resources. The features and content you currently use will not change, but you will enjoy an improved user experience in the new platform. In this last issue of the 2021–22 school year, we share information and resources to provide an effortless transition to MyZBPortal.com this summer.

When the Superkids Portal migration was announced this winter, we received many questions about the move! Below, you will find a list of answers to some of the most commonly asked questions.

Which program resources are moving?

Online resources for The Superkids Reading Program, The Superkids Foundational Skills Kit, and Happily Ever After will be moving to MyZBPortal.com this summer.

When will my access to the Superkids Portal end?

On June 17, 2022, your access to online resources in the Superkids Portal will end.

When will the migration be complete?

On July 5, 2022, the migration will be complete, and digital administrators may begin to manage accounts and licenses for the new school year in MyZBPortal.com, provided that your subscription has been renewed by this date.

Where will my students and families log in next school year?

After July 5, 2022, students and parents/caregivers will begin to log in to the Parent Portal and Superkids Online Fun at MyZBPortal.com.

Will there still be a Superkids Online Fun app?

Post-migration, the Superkids Online Fun native application will remain available for download and use on iPads and Android tablets.

Will my current student data be available on MyZBPortal.com?

No, because of architectural differences between the two platforms, historical student data will not transfer. Any student data you would like to save should be downloaded before June 17, 2022. See pages 25–27 of the Superkids Teacher Quick Start Guide for instructions to export and print data.

You may be wondering, “Will the online resources look the same?” Rest assured, you will have access to all digital resources you currently have available, and the teacher- and student-facing materials will look very similar to what you and your students currently view. We are pleased to offer live MyZBPortal.com training webinars for Superkids teachers and digital administrators. Teachers will receive a walk-through of the MyZBPortal.com platform and the Superkids online resources within the platform. Digital administrators will receive a walk-through of the administrator area of MyZBPortal.com. Topics will include creating accounts for teachers and students, creating and managing classes, and navigating the new platform.
